The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University hosted a Workshop on Food Access at Dollar Stores (FADS) and its Implications for Public Health on June 3rd and 4th, 2022. Dr. Priscilla Connors, one of our CUFF Faculty Fellows, and Dr. Audon Archibald, presented a poster at the workshop, showcasing their work in progress on developing a virtual reality (VR) activity on food safety and quality, and date label education.
